1) Eligibility
The Tenant of the Year competition (hereinafter referred to as “the Competition” is open to all current tenants of Ray White Rural Pittsworth Real Estate Agency (hereafter referred to as “Ray White Rural Pittsworth”).
2) Competition Period
The Competition will run from 01 August 2023 to 30 November 2023.
3) How to Enter
Tenants who meet the following judging criteria will be placed into the draw to win.The judging criteria will be critiqued by Ray White Rural Pittsworth Senior Property Managers.

5) Date, time and location of random draw
The draw will take place on Friday 1st December at 9.00am at the Ray White Rural Pittsworth Office, situated at 65 Yandilla Street, Pittsworth.
6) Prize Details
Once nominated by a Senior Property Manager to go into the draw to win, the prize will be awarded to one tenant who will be drawn by chance. The Tenant of the Year will receive a “Pittsworth Hamper” filled with local produce and products. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
7) How the winner will be notified
The winner will be notified via phone and / or email.
8) How the results will be published
The results will be published on Social Media (Facebook and Instagram) and on the Ray White Rural Pittsworth website (www.raywhitepittsworth.com.au).
9) Privacy
The Agency will collect and use personal information provided by the tenants solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and awarding the prize.Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
